Will the pool be operating on a reduced schedule this summer?
Yes. The current plan is for the Roeland Park Aquatic Center to be open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12 pm to 7 pm. If we are able to hire enough lifeguards, we will expand the operating hours. Please check the website and City social media for continued updates on the schedule. What is a Super Pass?
The Super Pass add-on allows holders entry to the Roeland Park, Fairway, Mission, Prairie Village and Leawood pools during open swim hours. If you are a Roeland Park resident, you must purchase a Roeland Park season pass to purchase a Super Pass. To learn more and purchase a Super Pass, click here.
How do I purchase a pool pass?
You can purchase your pool pass on the City's here. You will be able to pick up your physical pass at the pool prior to the season starting.
Will swim lessons be offered?
Morning swimming lessons are being offered for sessions 2, 3 and 4.View sessions and sign up here.
When will I get my refund for cancelled swimming lessons?
Refunds for cancelled swimming lessons (Session 1 and evening/Saturday lessons for Sessions 2, 3 and 4) were automatically processed as 'user credit'. If you wish to spend your refund on a pool pass or another session of swimming lessons, no action is needed. If you would like your refund to be returned to your original payment method, please call City Hall at 913-722-2600. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience!
What about the Roeland Park Stingrays?
The Stingrays Swim Team is cancelled for the 2022 season due to lack of participants. Check back next year!
